It is a newly remodelled hotel and I really enjoyed its absolutely fabulous rooms and superfriendly personnel. The setting is amazing and magnificent, short walk to Mankato.

The patio served plenty of meals for breakfast. The position of the hotel was good, close to everything.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The breakfast was served in the patio. Location: the hotel was just off the mall and Target and several shops and restaurants and restaurants and activities.

Small reasonably priced hotel with accommodating staff. Nice building and rooms with queen size beds. Great food for breakfast in the patio. Early check in, great prices. Nice pool area too.

The hotel rooms are stylish and good sized with a shower as well as a fridge.

Great room setup, comfortable beds, 3 TVs, nice kitchenette, remodeled lobby, adequate breakfast.

We liked everything. Could not find anything negative. We would recomend this motel to everyone. They picked an apt name for it truly was a Grand Stay.

Nicely furnished and huge room, with a dining area, a seating area and a work desk. Favourable and stunning location close to mall, clean facilities. Not far from cook yourself, several shops and restaurants.

River Hills Hotel- Mankato was a great value for the money. The renovated decor was beautiful and the room was surprisingly clean and well-equipped. The location was ideal and the staff was personable and helpful.

The breakfast could have been improved by keeping the skillets on warm to prevent the omelets from getting cold.

I really enjoy everything but the best was the breakfast! They had bacon, waffles everything you pretty much can think of.

I wish there pool area was not so slippery they need to have a better way to drain that water. There was standing water around the pool and hot tub. Very bad for kids but that is it.

Liked the whole place. Lots of room, enjoyed the full kitchen and the seperate bedroom.

Staff friendly, amenities exceeded expectations. Comfortable bed, pleasant decorations. Errors discounted. Easy to find location, good breakfast, easy parking. Clean and comfortable room, missing closet door and bathroom exhaust fan.

Nice building, great and absolutely perfect location so close to many restaurants, and the mall and other shopping. Fresh food in the restaurants such as Massad's, located 15 min away. Fashionable room and comfortable for the tv in the bedroom to work properly. Plenty of options for breakfast in the lobby.

The main reason we had booked with Grand Stay was because it had a restaurant next door. Got there and were told it closed in Aug. The decor of the rooms was outdated. With the carpeting starting to ripple up on the floor.

The location was stunning and perfect - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Went to Massad's to try specialties, it's approx 25 mins walk away. We loved the patio.
